Why Giving Back Is A Commitment

Indiana University Northwest's Office of University Advancement and External Affairs' (UAEA) latest effort is educating its campuses about the importance of giving back, and the impact that support can have on a student.

To address this, UAEA spoke with Charles Gallmeier, Ph.D., Chancellor's Professor of Sociology and Faculty Organization President; Rana Torabi, a senior psychology major and president of the Student Alumni Association (SAA); and Myriam Young, IU Northwest's webmaster. They have revealed insights about the responsibility of giving back and the importance of giving.
