Colin Loveday, founder of Scotland's first dedicated mobile social enterprise, aims to secure better telecommunications services and improve phone services for charities in Dundee.
Colin Loveday, who developed the enterprise following collaboration with outreach service Cyrenians, is also the founder of mobile technology business 4G Scotland and represents Dundee and Angus Chamber of Commerce as a director on the board of the Scottish Chambers of Commerce.
Loveday's work with Cyrenians revealed that, even with good referrals, charities worry about dealing with commercial companies and don't have the resources or knowledge to get the best deals.
His social enterprise focuses on removing the 'buying process friction point', where it can return money back to charities, while allowing these charities to focus on their key duties and functions that are important to them.
