Los Alamos National Laboratory Foundation Awards $2.1 Million in Grants

The public schools in seven Northern New Mexico counties were awarded grants totaling $2.1 million by the Los Alamos National Laboratory Foundation. The grants will enable the schools to teach science, technology and mathematics (STEM) students.

The STEM educational effort promotes teacher training, curriculum development, technology in classroom, and support to prepare students for science- and math- related careers.
