Philanthropic Black Women of Memphis, with their charitable contributions center on children, education and self-sufficiency has awarded grants to three community groups during an awards luncheon.
Receiving the highest grant of $5,000 is DeNeuville Learning Center, an organization that guides women from all backgrounds and cultures in learning the skills needed to make positive choices for themselves and their families.
