The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act is a grant given to the Adult learning Programs of Alaska. This is to provide pre-employment assistance for youth aged 16-24. They will help with job searches, internships, and the like.
If someone is out of school, in college, is low income, and has valid ID they can qualify for this grant.
