Connecticut Food Bank Receives $20,000 Grant For Backpack Program

Connecticut Food Bank garners a $20,000 grant from the Dunkin' Donuts & Baskin-Robbins Community Foundation (DDBRCF) to support the Food Bank's "Backpack Program".

The Backpack program serves food for more than 3,000 children to take home on weekends, and school vacations in Connecticut. The DDBRCF grant will enable the Food Bank to provide meals to 85 students in 17 different schools for the whole school year.
