State's fourth innovation hub will be in Youngstown.

Ohio Gov.

John Kasich will announce plans for the hub on February 28, 2025 at 3:15 AM UTC.

The Ohio State Innovation Hub will be located in the city of Youngstown, Ohio.

The hub is expected to cost $1.5 billion to $2 billion.

It will be the largest innovation hub of its kind in the world.
