American Idol winner and singer-songwriter Kris Allen will set a portion of the proceeds from each sale of his newest album, "Horizons" to be given to the Music Empowers Foundation.

Music Empowers Foundation provides grants to organizations nationwide that offer music education programs to children in communities that lack sufficient access to affordable music education.
