West Nebraska Arts Center Gets Fresh Look Courtesy of Oregon Trail Community Foundation Grant

The Oregon Trail Community Foundation has tendered a $5,000 to the West Nebraska Arts Center to freshen up its look.

The funding enabled the Center to acquire new paint and carpeting to cover about 305 square yards of the gallery and offices. Volunteers from Scottsbluff's J.G. Elliot Insurance Center painted the gallery and the offices for more than 26 hours.
