The Schedel Arboretum and Gardens, a venue of flowers and plants aimed at offering visual appreciation of nature and the arts, has received an Ottawa County Community Foundation grant award for 2013.
The grant will enable the garden to continue its display of chrysanthemums beginning about mid-September. These mums are favorite blooms for fall because of their decorative forms and bright colors.
