Community Foundation Receives 24 Acres of Land for Hartsville Revitalization

Oakdale officials announce that 24 acres of land are granted to the Community Foundation for a Better Hartsville, a nonprofit public benefit corporation, to support the Hartville's efforts in neighborhood and community revitalization.

Pacolet Milliken Enterprises Inc., a private investment firm of Pacolet Milliken, donated 34 residential lots and 17 acres of undeveloped land. In recent years, community residents have undertaken area development projects to make Hartsville better.
