William Penn Foundation Continues Its Philadelphia Grant Program

The William Penn Foundation returns its Philadelphia municipal program grants after having it suspended after the city’s ethics panel resolved rules regarding grants to city departments and agencies that had applied for funds.

The suspended grants are supposed for city-financed projects. The Foundation anticipates the ethics panel’s decision about whether those grants comprised lobbying.
