Encinitas awarded $150,000 community grants 43 groups. Grant recipients are categorized according to arts-based programs and civic programs.

One of the recipients of the grants is the Encintas Historical Society with $3,575. They will use the grant to purchase computer equipment for the digitalization of its collection of old photographs.
