Wallace establishes Kids In Philanthropy

Kids In Philanthropy (KIP), developed by Dr. Catriona Wallace, trains children in philanthropy and focuses on building social awareness, a social conscience, and the practice of giving. It was recently launched at an information session at the National Centre of Indigenous Excellence in Redfern.
Families join KIP with a financial donation which goes to needy children in the area. Adults establish frameworks so responsible decisions are made and children take part in workshops.
