Meetings Held to Support Community Foundation Ideas

A series of public meetings to determine the level of support in Fairbanks for a proposed community foundation at the Morris Thompson Cultural and Visitors Center and the Noel Wien Library.

The organizers hope the show of interest is a strong one and that the foundation concept can be advanced, as it would allow existing nonprofit groups to expand their efforts in our town.
