David Rice Out as Chief of Tri-Valley Community Foundation

David Rice, the longtime president and director of the Tri-Valley Community Foundation, was fired after an independent audit found discrepancies in the organization's finances and reserves. Ron Hyde, chairman of the Foundation's board of directors, was named chief executive and president.

The Community Foundation serves as the catalyst for meeting increasing needs for financial assistance to local charities and for the development and operation of programs that are directly helping those in need.
