Ai-jen Poo Time Magazine's 100 Most Influential People

Time Magazine has named Ai-jen Poo, director of the National Domestic Workers Alliance, one of the 100 most influential people in the world. Gloria Steinem of Time praised Poo for "showing the humanity of a long devalued kind of work".

The National Domestic Workers Alliance, a grantee of Ford Foundation, works to organize and secure the rights of low-wage domestic workers across the United States, mostly women.
