The Melinda Gray Ardia Environmental Foundation, which was created to honor Melinda Gray Ardia, a biologist, environmental activist, and a middle school science teacher in Newark, New Jersey who died in an automobile accident in 1996, is soliciting grant applications for environmental studies.
Up to $1,500 grants will be awarded to support environmental curricula that exhibit a holistic approach. Schools, nonprofits, and governmental agencies are encouraged to apply.

Rivaayat is an initiative by Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi to revive various dying art form and solve innumerable problems faced by the artisans. Rivaayat began with reviving a 20,000-year-old art form of pottery that is a means of survival for 600 families residing in Uttam Nagar, Delhi.
