With help from the Edmond J. Safra Philanthropic Foundation, a Walk Again kick off will feature a neuroscience breakthrough at the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil in which a paralyzed person will use a new technology to launch the the first ball.
The person will be sporting a 'Walk Again' brain-controlled robotic exoskeleton developed by an international team at the Edmond and Lily Safra International Institute of Neuroscience in Natal, Brazil (ELS-IINN).
