Women In Philanthropy (WIP) will hold its annual benefit event, Party on the Lawn at the SALT Block.
WIP is helmed by a "giving circle" of women who merge their philanthropic contributions to benefit nonprofits and other agencies affiliated with the Catawba Medical Foundation. The Foundation is an extension of Catawba Valley Medical Center. Everyone's invited to the event, which will feature barbecue and beer on the SALT Block north lawn accompanied with music.
