CDC Foundation Launches New Health Policy Project with Funding from Robert Wood Johnson Foundation

Robert Wood Johnson Foundation is funding CDC Foundation's new Healthy People 2020 Law and Health Policy Project with a total of $1.6 million.

According to U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Assistant Secretary for Health Howard K. Koh, MD, MPH, the new policy project launch will "leverage the rich history and power of Healthy People 2020 to demonstrate how laws and evidence-based health policy can improve the health of our nation."
