Growing Impact Investing Club Seeks to Transform Food System

Arabella Advisors and its food-system investment team recently announced the launch of "Good Food Ventures III."

The launch of Good Food Ventures III is part of Good Food Ventures' (GFV's) investment-ready deals to individual private investors for its third year. GFV is a private impact investing club that provides members with access to hard-to-find, professionally vetted, early-stage impact investment opportunities.

GFV uses a four-step process to close the gap between would-be investors and fully vetted, investment-ready opportunities to support innovation and a better food system.

The four-step process includes: sourcing, diligence, deal presentation, and investment. GFV members bring capital and connections to the businesses they invest in, critical for early stage businesses that anticipate rapid expansion and future financing needs.
