Ten Rivers Food Web established an innovative program that target diabetes patients to support them with healthier food alternatives.
The program received a $7,500 grant by the students of Portland State University's (PSU) Hands-On Philanthropy class. Said program is an expansion of That’s My Farmer SNAP program that provides incentives to those who buy food at local farmers’ markets with their SNAP privileges.
