Trumbull County Probate Judge Thomas Swift has recently relieved $4 million in funds that were frozen for almost four years by the bankruptcy of Forum Health.
The funds for the foundation will now be shared by the Community Foundation of the Mahoning Valley. The funds is to be used find nonprofits who aid Trumbull County residents cope with health-related issues.
