Tattoo Shop Secures Permit, a Ministry that Does Cover-Up Art

Ink 180, a tattoo shop located 27 Stone Hill Road in Oswego, is set for completion. The Oswego Village Board has unanimously approved a permit for the tattoo shop and Ministry Director Chris Baker is delighted.

INK 180 is a ministry that covers gang and human-trafficking tattoos. Baker also works with law enforcement agencies to offer free-of-charge cover-up tattoos for former gang members.
