Lion Foundation Entrusts over $7 Million to NZ Communities

Over $7 million in grants have been forked over to New Zealand communities for January and February 2013. Through the Lion Foundation, the grant award is going to be used to acquire and replace rescue and emergency response vehicles across New Zealand.

Grant contributions have also been distributed to youth-related projects, school programs and various local causes. The Foundation accepts hundreds of applications each month from Kiwis who make a positive impact to their communities.
