Applications are now accepted for the The Elks National Foundation's 2012-13 "Most Valuable Student" contest which will award 500 scholarships nationally to the highest academically rated students in Temeluca.
The applicants will be judged on financial need, leadership, and scholarship. The grant may be used for tuition and fees, room and board and books and supplies and will be used only for the usual and required costs of an applicant's planned course of study.

Rivaayat is an initiative by Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi to revive various dying art form and solve innumerable problems faced by the artisans. Rivaayat began with reviving a 20,000-year-old art form of pottery that is a means of survival for 600 families residing in Uttam Nagar, Delhi.
