The National Institutes of Health awarded more than $4 million in new grants to two researchers at the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation. Patrick Gaffney and Courtney Griffin each secured five-year grants to conduct research.

The Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation is an independent, nonprofit biomedical research institute based in Oklahoma City and dedicated to developing more effective treatments for human diseases.
