The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Bloomberg Philantrhopies, and 15 other foundations, and government and United Nations agencies will increase their support for family planning programs by $2.6 billion.
The $2.6 billion fund is an effort to help about 120 million women gaina ccess to contraception.
The commitments were announced during the London Summit on Family Planning which was hosted by the Gates Foundation and the British Government.
