The Genesis Prize, a "Jewish Nobel Prize" worth $1 million, was announced in a statement from the office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu with Jewish Agency Chairman Natan Sharansky and Genesis Philanthropy Group founder Mikhail Fridman.
