The Raymond John Wean Foundation employees aremoving into their $2.5 million headquarters, and now the foundation will begin the early phases of transitioning its philanthropic focus of having a greater impact on early childhood education and improving the efficiency of local organizations and governments.

Foundation president Jeffrey M. Glebocki said that the importance of this move is to give more room and more facility to fulfill their mission of working with residents and organizations to tackle problems in their communities.
