The 11th Food & Community Conference hosted by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation was held at Asheville, North Carolina.

Duriing the conference, Asheville Mayor Terry Bellamy and Kellogg Foundation Vice President of Program Strategy Gail Christopher welcomed over 600 conference participants nationwide where they emphasized the underbelly of the food system.
