Teachers gathered recently for the annual Broward Education Foundation Teacher Grant Awards Ceremony. The attendees received individual grants up to $5,000 each to support innovative teaching programs.

The Broward Education Foundation seeks private contributions to supplement the public funding the schools receive and provide scholarships for graduating seniors, award grants to teachers that enable them to develop educational programs and projects.
