Housatonic Valley Regional High School Engages in Youth in Philanthropy

Housatonic Valley Regional High School students, together with the Community Foundation of Northwest Connecticut and Habitat for Humanity participated in a civic service initiative called "Youth in Philanthropy", engaging in philanthropic opportunities to leave a permanent, positive imprint in their towns.

President Guy Rovezzi of the Community Foundation of Northwest Connecticut said the program is designed to accomplish the best charitable work teaming up with the local Habitat for Humanity, leaving a positive impact for others.
