President Michael Shannon, founder of the Northern New Jersey Community Foundation, has recently expressed his idea to bring together efforts and resources from several local governments in order to perform better.
As a result, the foundation began a six-town collaborative, wherein they brought together mayors, city managers, town administrators and school superintendents to discuss projects they could work on jointly.
