The sisters of Sigma Delta Tau (SDT) are trying something a little more sweet for their spring philanthropy event replacing their UGA Idol, aiming for a more local impact.
The event, Eat Your Heart Out, is a dessert battle of sorority chefs where the SDT will pay for each house chef to cook up a dessert dish for about 100 people, and the dishes will be voted on by those who attend the event. The sorority that wins will receive $100 toward the philanthropy of their choice and the winning chef will receive $50.
