Tehama County Community Action Agency's Capacity Building Workshop

The Tehama County Community Action Agency has recently hosted its first ever capacity building workshop where Ten nonprofit and service agencies from all corners of the county gathered to share their missions, visions and strategies for success.

The participants were introduced to the One Page Business Plan approach to strategic planning and capacity building to strengthen their organizations in the coming years.
