The Health Impact Project, a result of the collaboration between the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and The Pew Charitable Trusts, recently announced the awardees of 15 new grants.
The grantees will be asked to conduct health impact assessments that would assist policy makers and communities in the process of taking a broad look at the impacts of a decision, thereby helping them avoid unintended consequences, maximize benefits, and balance trade-offs.
