Despite being a progressive area, the Silcon Valley is experiencing a sexism problem, with women only making up 7% of partners at the top 100 venture capital firms. Women can contribute greatly to humanity, and Sarah Cone is doing just that. She is laying the path for other women to follow by attempting to reach gender equality in the workplace, more specifically as a partner.

Crone has started a company, Social Impact Capital. Her company directs investments to companies and organizations that do more than benefit stockholder. These companies and organizations contribute significantly to society and the environment. Her company has been extremely successful, simply because she focuses on changing the world. Her success will only bring other women to have similar roles in their own companies.
