A dashboard is a graphical monitoring and reporting tool that can help nonprofit organizations cultivate a culture of data-driven decision making. In "Models and Components of a Great Nonprofit Dashboard", capacity building experts Hilda H. Polanco and Sarah Walker share insights on how to set up and effectively use a dashboard system.
