"Price transparency analytics is a new emerging technology and currently only a few vendors have overcome the machine-readable files (MRFs) size and quality challenges to achieve market success," says a Gartner analyst in a report on the global health care price transparency analytics market.
A company called Clarify Health has done just that, and now it's been named a "Major Player" in the report by industry research firm IDC, per a press release.
Clarify Health's solution helps health insurers and payers track and report on the cost and quality of care, as well as errors and outliers, all from a single platform, reports the San Francisco Chronicle.
"We are honored to be recognized by IDC as a major player in the healthcare analytics, value-based payments, and provider network management solutions category," says Clarify Health CEO Terry Boch.
Clarify Health's solution is currently in use by more than 5,000 health insurers and payers in the US and Canada.
