That's the advice from Tekedia Capital, which is offering a free MiniMBA in Business in May.
The course focuses on "how did you end up with many employees who may be engaged in some activities but are not contributing to the bottom line?" It starts with a deep dive into your company's goals and how you'd like your employees to contribute to them.
