The Montana History Foundation, an independent non-profit that provides development targeting the preservation of Montana’s history and culture, distributes grants to support various statewide projects.
The foundation has to sift through 48 applications requesting for a $229,585 worth of funding. Grants were awarded courtesy of the foundation's multiple donors. The grants are going to be used for documentation, conservation and renovation projects.
