Couples Leaves $15M to Chosen Foundation

It has recently been reported that Louis and Violet Rubin has left $15 million in grant money to the to the Community Foundation of Northern Illinois.

Louis Rubin was Rockford's first board certified dermatologist when he opened his practice in 1949. He also helped found the Rockford Clinic in 1951.
