The Community Foundation has awarded grants from the Community Enrichment Fund to several nonprofit organizations of King George County. The grant money that was awarded was based on their project's potential impact to the citiznes of King George, the efficient use of dollars, and the ability of the organization to implement the project.
The recipients of the grants are Rappahannock Big Brothers Big Sisters, Rappahannock Council Against Sexual Assault, Rappahannock United Way, Special Olympics Virginia, and Virginia Cooperative Extension.
