The Indianapolis Parks Foundation awarded 18 organizations with grants totaling $1,820,000. Grant Applications were evaluated according to the following criteria: target population served, program design, measurable impact, community partners, and cost effectiveness.

The Recipients of the grants are Dove Recovery Hose, Fathers and Families Center, Forest Manor Multi-Service Center, Hawthorne Social Service Association Inc., Indy Reads, Marion County Probation Department, Martin Luther King Community Center, Midwest Men of Integrity Inc., Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic, New Life Development Ministries, PACE Inc., Peace Learning Center, Progress House, Southside Youth Council Inc., DBA Reach for Youth, Inc., Step-up Inc., Trusted Mentors Inc., Use What You’ve Got Prison Ministry, and Volunteers of America Inc.
