The La Crosse Community Foundation is set to replace the ash trees that were cut down in La Crosse's boulevards.
The foundation is offering the city a $50,000 grant to replace the ash trees provided the city matches that grant. The Paul E. Stry Foundation will also hand out $20,000 grant, which would give the city $120,000 for the entire project.
