Philly Pops Bankruptcy

Philly Pops rejected the contract of a celebrated Pianist, Peter Nero, after renegotiation due to Bankruptcy. Pops CEO, Frank Giordano, offered to pay a 40% cut in Mr. Nero’s annual pay which was $513,000.

Mr. Nero, however, says Pops have exaggerated his salary figure. He says he’d fight any legal challenge to his contract.
