City of Gardens Received Community Foundation Grant

The Community Foundation of Northern Illinois awarded grants to the Rockford Park District's City of Gardens which will be used to beautify a strategic entry point located at Sixth and Jefferson streets.

According to Ruth Miller, manager of Nicholas Conservatory and City of Gardens, their partnership with the Community Foundation has enabled them to do several projects.
