GE Foundation Awards $500,000 Grant to Two Community Health Centers in Detroit

The GE Foundation and the GE Corporate Diversity Council announced a $500,000 in grants as part of the GE Developing Health program for The Wellness Plan Gateway Medical Center, and Community Health and Social Services Southwest Center, to be used to increase access to primary care for uninsured and underserved populations across the city.

The GE Foundation works to solve some of the world's most difficult problems, supporting U.S. and international education, developing health globally, the environment, public policy, human rights and disaster relief.
